This is the original Norkelun recipe written on an index card. Usually I'm just whipping some up with canned chickpeas.

The one and only. It's kinda a pain to make so this makes a double batch that you can save for another time. It's OK if you don't have every spice, it will still taste great.

Kinda tastes like a pizza, if pizza were beans. Eat it with some crusty bread.
