Mardi Gras ‘26 we baked a silicone cat into the cake instead of the traditional baby figurine.

Much like gingerbread cookies but less spicy.

Rachel gave me this one. Serve it over Greek yogurt.

This is like the one they serve at the St. Patrick’s gingerbread festival.

Frozen custard

Prep this the evening before to have four jars ready to go. Can stay in the fridge for up to 1 week.

These are so soft! Don't forget the sprinkle of salt on top.

The browned butter in these gives them a really rich flavor.
