These beans were a Christmas gift to me and they are so fun to cook up! They look even bigger than a lima bean but taste nothing like one.

One summer in Collinsville the garden was overflowing with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, so we ate this salad for lunch every other day.

Kinda like mexican spaghetti, this dish is a special treat.
