Twice Baked Potatoes

Not sure if this is the original recipe but it’s good.

Cooking time
1 hour, 15 minutes
Ingredients
4 russet potatoes (large)
1 c sour cream
1⁄2 c milk
4 T butter
1⁄2 t salt
1⁄2 t pepper
1 c shredded cheddar (divided)
8 green onions (sliced, divided)
Instructions

Oven @ 350°. Bake potatoes 1 hour. Allow to cool 10 mins. Slice in half, scoop out (but leave enough to keep the skins' shape). Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 the onions. Mix with hand mixer until blended. Spoon mixture in, top with remaining cheese, onions. Bake 15 min.
