Makes either 6 hamburger buns or 9 hot dog buns.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 c milk
4 c bread flour
1 1⁄4 t salt
4 T sugar
3 T oil
1 3⁄4 t yeast
Instructions
Run dough setting. Divide into 6 or 9 sections. For hot dog buns, roll dough into oval, pinch edges, fold again and tuck edges under. For hamburger buns, form into balls. Place on parchment paper pan to rise for 30 min, covered with kitchen towel. Bake at 375° for 15-20 min.
Notes
Total time from start to finish is 3 hours. For upgraded hamburger buns, brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking.
