Macaroni and Cheese

There's a lot of mac and cheese recipes out there but this one is my new go to.

Ingredients
2 c macaroni
3 T butter
2 T flour
2 c milk
1⁄2 t salt
1 t dijon mustard
1 t black pepper
6 oz muenster cheese
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400.

Boil macaroni and cook until pre-al dente.

Make the cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in butter, then milk. Once hot, add shredded cheese but keep a bit to top off with at the end.

Combine macaroni and sauce. Top with reserved cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

You can toss random stuff in here to make it more interesting like 4 cups of fresh baby spinach, or mushrooms etc.
