Hummus

Description

This is the original Norkelun recipe written on an index card. Usually I'm just whipping some up with canned chickpeas.

Ingredients
1 chickpeas (bag, dried or 2 cans)
3⁄4 c tahini
2 lemons
1⁄4 c tamari (is this too much? probably)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
  ds olive oil
  ds paprika
Instructions

Make a sauce with tahini, lemon juice and tamari.

Process chickpeas and blend in the sauce. Serve in a big bowl and top with olive oil and paprika.
